Lots of speculation regarding The Tuss- Could it be Aphex twin? Certainly sounds like him & with track titles such as 'Shiz Ko e' the evidence does seem to mount. It's also on Rephlex. Have a listen:

I wondered if I'd ever hear this again. Thanks for posting it. I almost missed it on Hype Machine because it was under Kraftwerk, but the Tanzmusic title rang the bell.
